Pirates of the Carribean
Note: Do not type in www.livejurnal.com by mistake. It brings up a porn site and many pop-up ads. I had to reboot my computer because I couldn't close the ads.
I'm tired this morning. My weekend was packed.
On Saturday I went to Dupont Circle for a Photo Scavenger hunt. It was canceled at the last minute so I went back to Bethesda and walked around. I got Haagen Daz ice cream. It was really good. Saturday night Chris and Emily came over and we took Chris out to dinner. We went to Cafe Deluxe, got ice cream again, and then went to Strike to bowl. I won one game and then Emily won a second game.
On Sunday Chris and I went to my parent's house for lunch. My mom made garlic bread, potatoes, steamed king crab legs, and zupe sp? de peche. It was Chris' going away lunch. He's moving on Wednesday to New Orleans :( After lunch I met Emily at her place and we did a 25 mile ride from Alexandria to the the Mall and back. We bought a pretzel on the Mall and fed the birds. They're predators. One bird almost landed on the pretzel in Emily's hand.
After the ride, I rushed home for dinner and a movie with Nicole (yeah, I haven't hung out with her in a long time). She picked me up in her nice new Jetta. It has a V6 engine and turbos. It's really fast. We went to the dim sum/chinese restaurant in Wheaton and then watched Pirates of the Caribbean. We talked about life-n-stuff. Her little sister is thinking of moving to DC next year. She's a hottie. She visted during the Fourth of July a few years ago. There were 9 guys fawning over her at Sequoia. It was kind of strange. Kimani and I were wondering why these guys didn't know any other women. She would be a good addition to DC.
Anyway, back to coding.
