In honor of cinco de mayo ...This is my first attempt ever at my moms receipe for ceviche it will marinate overnight....2 1/2 pounds of fish and an insane amount of squeezed lemons no seeds brace yourselfs barbian wine and cheese friends you get to eat this tommorrow night it gets served with slivers (that's gonna be tricky I hate cutting onions) of red onions on top and with a potato underneath to give you a break from the lemon and spices of course...I will let you'll know how it turns out.
Did I mention that this all had to be shopped for and prepared on a weekend we had four circus shows and the mayday parade wheeeeeee!!!!!!
