1. I recieved that free
southwest voucher that I need to redeem before next september. Thats a fun decesion i need to make still.
2. My grandparents gave me $500 for Hanukkah that they want me to spend. I usually take money like that and put it towards bills, living expenses and other things that will make my life easier. But they want me to spend it on something i want or need. So...im pulling together options. I am definitely leaning one way, but i like the public opinion.
a. pay bills, and use the money for "practical things"
b. use the money along with the Southwest Voucher to go on an even cooler "free" vacation.
c. buy something that doesn't cost the full $500, and put some of it away.
d. buy a much wanted, but not needed Digital SLR camera.
donquixote has inspired me to take even more amazing pictures than the ones i already do....and i love the lack of flash, quality of the photos, and ability to do more than point and shoot. It also might allow me to take another photography class... and with
ilikeyourface moving back to SF....cameras will be out in full force. I like the Nikon D50, which is the same one Pete has. The only thing with this purchase, is it will definitely go over the $500. not much, but ill be using a few hundred of my own dollars.
