girls-only afternoon picnic in la union
today my aunt, sisters, two cousins and i decided to have a picnic in the garden. auntie made spanish hot chocolate (served with the ceramic tea set i got in vietnam), i made carbonara, genine and kristelle made strawberry shake (in sugar-frosted glasses), and the maid grilled turkey burgers. we laid out mats on the front lawn and ate our food there.
the food was okay. it wasn't stellar, because auntie's the only seasoned cook in our group. but it was fun nonetheless.
