so I finally have an immersion site. I wasn’t able to go to our original immersion site because of the st. luke’s test, and I pretty much had to beg sir art from osci for this slot. this weekend, I will be living with urban poor along the river. I feel completely out of my element; what’s worse, I don’t know anyone in the immersion group who can be my partner for three days and put up with my incompatibility with dirty (or non-existent) bathrooms and other not-so-clean places. That’s because I don’t know anyone in my immersion group period.
Not that I’m complaining. I’m actually really glad that I finally found a site. Nonetheless, please pray for me.
