CHARGE... I mean, in charge
I'm normally in a position to have five people directly under me but I always have James to go to when I run out of things or have questions. He's out of town for the next 10 days leaving me completly in charge of them and all of my work. On top of that, our head maintenance guy, Walt is out of town leaving me in charge of the maint. crew too. I think I would be having a huge power trip if I wasn't so busy trying to do all of my work and keep all of them busy too. Unfortunately, almost none of my work can be delegated. Fortunately, if they sit around and don't do anything for part of their shift I don't feel horrible.
