Question For All...
What nail polish brands have you had the most luck with? I liked Clinique's, but they've discontinued it. Drugstore brands -- a lot of them aren't that good. Department store brands are rather expensive and I'd like recommendations before I spend money on them.
My main needs are:
1. Color strong enough so that only 2 coats are needed (sheer is pretty, but often requires more coats)
2. Dries quickly, but not necessarily "express finish" (those can get gunky in the bottle quite fast)
3. Doesn't gunk up in the bottle very quickly.
I know that a lot of my friends don't even wear polish regularly. I used to, but because of my impatience of waiting for it to dry, it's on and off these days. And although I love wearing red and red-based colors, red scrapes off onto paper and walls, and I work with so much important papers these days that I don't want to use it. Has anyone found a "non-scrape-off" red that looks good? Does wearing a topcoat of base on top work for that?
