NEW JAMES BOND!!11!
Whoa! So I'm doing my procrastinating thing, surfing on over to CNN Entertainment, and . . .

And although he's not Clive Owen or Hugh Jackson, both of whom I was championing, I am enormously pleased, somehow, by their choice.
It's Daniel Craig. "Who?" you ask. Well, he's a good-looking-in-a-creepy-way British actor. He played the "evil priest" in Elizabeth, which is what I remember him in.
More recently he played Ted Hughes to Gwyneth Paltrow's Sylvia Plath in Sylvia.
He will appear in a remake of Casino Royale, the first Bond book -- I tried to read it, but although it's a very slim volume, it's about a card game, and card games bore me to tears, so I didn't finish it.
Wonder if he'll dye his hair for the role (he's a blonde).
