I am seriously in love with not having to deal with the whims of men my age right now. I'll save it for the yankees. Can I please move already?
2) What was your dream growing up? To make art, to be happy, to be loved.
3) What talent do you wish you had? I wish I could dance. That stuff I do.... that is not dancing.
4) If I bought you a drink what would it be? Free?
5) Favorite vegetable? Corn, carrots, broccoli, celery sticks, green beans...I like veggies. Edamame!
6) What was the last book you read? I'm working my way through Wicked.
7) What zodiac sign are you? I was born on the cusp of sagittarius and capricorn. I am, by nature, conflicted.
8) Any Tattoos and/or Piercings? Explain where. I only have piercings in my ears. I have a grow-up job. These things go together.
9) Worst Habit? Nail biting and little white lies.
10) If you saw me walking down the street would you offer me a ride? Ride? Sure. "Ride"? Let it go, Carly. It's not going to happen. ;)
11) What is your favorite sport? Um....figure skating. And cheerleading. I like ones with costumes.
12) Do you have a Negative or Optimistic attitude? I have a realistic attitude. My optimism varies based on the situation.
13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me? Um, be really happy for the time to talk.
14) Worst thing to ever happen to you? This one guy I dated a couple of years ago, in the summer of 2005. The worst thing to ever happen to me was him.
15) Tell me one weird fact about you. I wash my hair every other day to preserve the color.
16) Do you have any pets? Lord Igbert, of the Southampton, Bridgeport, and Coney Island Igberts, is currently on holiday at our winter home. His punishment for eating string again.
17) What if I showed up at your house unexpectedly? Um, depending on the time of day, I'd be happy.
18) What was your first impression of me? (hmmm...careful!) I thought you were funny and alive.
19) Do you think clowns are cute or scary? Fucking weird as hell and creepy.
20) If you could change one thing about how you look, what would it be? I'd like to be exactly 6 feet tall, that way I'd be able to easily measure 2 yards of fabric.
21) Would you be my crime partner or my conscience? Isn't a good partner both?
22) What color eyes do you have? Grey-blue.
23) Ever been arrested? Not yet.
24) Bottle or can soda? Can.
25) If you won $10,000 today, what would you do with it? Save a couple grand to blow on whatever, save a couple for the future to help with living expenses, give the rest to my father to hold on to for me.
26) Is there a piece of jewelry (or some similar item) that you always wear? I have 2 rings, one on my wedding finger and one on my right middle finger.
27) What's your favorite place to hang at? Um.....I haven't had time enough to hang out routinely at any one place in so long I have no idea what to say.
28) Do you believe in ghosts? Not any that we can see.
29) Favorite thing to do in your spare time? I make clothes with my hands.
30) Do you swear a lot? That's none of your damn business. :)
It should be noted that learning to swear well is a rite of passage and just because people know the words doesn't mean they should employ them. Listening to someone who doesn't know how to swear properly, languidly, unobstrusively, might as well sound like a dying goat for how pleasant it is.
31) Biggest pet peeve? People who interrupt me or others. Also, people who don't have any sense of cultural awareness or common sense.
32) In one word, how would you describe yourself? Hard-working. Alpha male. Jackhammer... Merciless. Insatiable.
I can't not quote Dwight Schrute. Anyhow...."Resolved".
33) Do you believe/appreciate romance? I believe in love. I believe that love has to be displayed and encouraged, and that romance accomplishes that, sure. Am I romantic? Inside, yes, I'm very romantic.
34) If you could live anywhere in the world where would you chose? I'd want to be comfortable, but this isn't reality so even though I'm gonna be poor, I choose Manhattan.
35) Do you believe in God? I do. Quite a bit.
36) Will you repost this so I can fill it out and do the same for you? Sure, but not on my nonexistent LJ.
