I have a box which I have labeled my "draft box." I got the box from my office (it originally had office supplies in it). Now it has six copies of my 30-odd page essay in it. I don't know how many drafts I have. Some of those drafts have comments. Others don't. I don't have the strength to look. My boss gave me the key to the office, and I go in there all the time to use their ink and dead trees.

Poor trees.
