Nose to the Grindstone
My apartment is looking very fine. I'd put up pictures, but my whife isn't here yet, and I want it to remain somewhat mysterious for now. Monday you'll get to ooh and ahh, if you like.
I applied to two jobs today. They both went well, but they're both a three-mile walk from my house, and I think that might be a little ambitious of me. Still, my resume is ready and I feel better for having applied. My finances aren't nearly as bad as I thought they were, so I can afford to wait a while for the right job to come along.
