Curfew
The Governor declared the roads closed in Massachusetts at 4 pm this afternoon, when there was perhaps 2" of snow on the ground.
My 4 pm clients were quite surprised to hear this when they arrived for their appointment. It wasn't particularly bad out. But they got a bit worried about being non-compliant with the authorities.
My question is, since when does snow in winter require martial law?
