Oh, ick
I just got one of those emails my parents send me about the latest cause they are supporting by forwarding emails with lots of big red fonts.
They want to boycott the Eid stamp, even though it's pretty and you might innocently buy it, because it's actually a MUSLIM stamp that Obama wants (guess why) and it's horrific that a religion that hates us would get honored with a stamp for their holiday.
Sigh.
I never know when it's appropriate to reply to these emails. Once in a while I'll just send back a Snopes link when it's blatantly false. I have a feeling that a link to info about the Bosnian Genocide would be too subtle. But I hate when people think we're at war against a minority religion. Think, people, THINK!
