(no subject)
Heya. First, I'd like to sa, my cousin Amelia is hilarious, fun, and ridiculously awesome. And her visit was very appreciated. AND that I've been making new friends, and am getting along fairly well with my classmates. Who are very funny. AND I'm probably going to spend a couple of days with Amelia in Berlin after my studies. Rockin', na?
But, sadly to say, a lot of German charm has worn off and this past week I hve had sehnsuch für nach Hause ridiculously (super crazy homesickness). My German family (the girls, anyway)are making me feel terrible. I don't dig it. Thanksgiving weekend sucked. No big family gathering, went to a snowy cold funeral for a friend of mine, 16 years old, cooked Thankgiving which didn't turn out like Jeff makes it (everything too seasoned), and then the Germans hated the food.
So, while I'm having some amazing experiences, there are definitely time I crawl into bed and want to go home.
