I am watching TV about a 13 YO Girl Accused of killing a 14 month old baby.
After watching. I believe Morningstar Garden (the baby's mother) should be charged with neglect & I for one would NEVER let that woman around my child.
She still has a 6 YO little girl. I feel bad that the little girl is growing up how she is.
