Oh, those darn professors >:o
Last semester I got by my classes pretty much without the need for $150 worth of textbooks that I bought. While it secretly left me feeling somewhat accomplished, by the same token I was TICKED! So this semester I opted to not buy any textbooks (save for my Japanese textbooks, since at least I had some assurance that those WOULD be used), since Ratemyprofessors comments all seemed to agree that the professors I have for this semester are pretty much textbook-free. Hurray!
Well, anyway, next week I've got four midterms. AND THOSE DARN PROFESSORS KEEP TELLING US "Have you caught up with your reading?? I HOPE you caught up with your reading!!" AND SCARING ME INTO THINKING I MIGHT ACTUALLY HAVE TO USE MY TEXTBOOKS THIS SEMESTER. T_T So I broke down finally and bought them this week, and now I have some 200 pages of History and Reasoning/Critical Thinking (wtf lame class) text to catch up on. _-_
I'm going to be...very disgruntled if everything on the tests come from lecture notes. :X
