Out of the 9 people who actually voted, we got 5 saying yes to a new comm for both colony and mobile-suit ratings, and 4 voted for keeping the ratings here.
Well, majority says new comm. Here are the new comms I've set up:

Now, they aren't actually open yet. We're still working on the application questions for both comms, and as yet only the colony comm has stamps. We also haven't messed with the layout of either yet.
That being said, suggestions for app questions, mobile suit stamps, and layout codes are greatly appreciated, should you feel kind enough to donate some of your time and energy!
