A bold start to what's shaping up to be an intriguing crime procedural. God, a serial murderer of children? It doesn't get more morally bankrupt than that. You can be sure I'll be following this.

Glad you like the start! I'm not too happy with everyone knowing the serial killer beforehand, but I'm trying for a twist to shake things up somehow. Heee! We'll see how successful I am!

But yesh, highly morally backrupt! Poor Waffles has no idea what he's in for!

really enjoyed it. it's just too bad that the prompt gives away the killer's identity so early! (but it does add another layer to it).

i loved the parts with Wufei and Sally. something hot but terribly sad too. i'll definitely be reading the next parts.

Yesh, it sucks! But on the other hand, maybe that added layer is enough. Hee! We get to find out the why and the reasoning, I suppose. ^^

Glad you liked the 5xS!! They're both pretty tragic in this story, it's delish to write. ^^

Oh, but this is absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for a better start to a story, so I'm going to be following it avidly. Thank you so much! I love how the characters have aged and changed and yet seem so themselves...for now. Even knowing who the unsub is, this is still...oh. Thank yooooouuuuuu!

So glad you like!!! I was worried it didn't fit the prompt too well, because I know you asked for gallows humor and all. And Duo *does* have it, but it won't make its presence known until the next chapter. Hee! It's a slow process.
