Question time

I know this is kind of a long shot since it is rather dead here, but there are still some followers.. I'm just curious if anyone here has any experiences with the country place townhomes, since I am thinking of a sublease there, but the apartment review website makes it sound pretty terrible. (mostly nickel and diming on damages)

So if anyone has experiences, id love go hear them. Also if you had numbers on utilities thatd be great too. I'm even to open to hearing if anyone loved different places. Thanks everyone :)
