Roommate Wanted
Hey all,
My friend and I are looking for a roommate to fill a spot in our 3 bedroom downtown. Our lease starts on May 15th, your share would be $200 a month, plus utilities (heat/electric).
We're both college students, my friend is down here from CMU, I go to GVSU. We're both laid back, like to cook, not too big into parties, non-smokers. We have a cat, FatMan, that would be residing with us.
The apartment itself was re-done a few years ago, it's the upper portion of the house. We have access to a fenced in yard, and a balcony. The owner and his wife live downstairs, and are very friendly.
We'd prefer a male roommate, but aren't opposed to living with another lady. If you're interested, comment below, and we can discuss it.
