Need an apartment?
Hey everyone. I got stuck in a bad position and will be unable to move in with my friend into her apartment for the Winter 2010 semester. So, if you need housing in Allendale beginning as early as December 19th (or know someone who does- pass it on!), please read.
Where: Just off of 40th Ave. in Allendale (the street just past the Allendale sign).
What: 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment. You would have your own bathroom and a shared kitchen and dining room. Coin laundry in the building, which is a smaller condo-type building that has 4 apartments (other buildings next to it). Quiet area, definitely not tons of parties going on every night.
Who: With my friend. Single non-smoking female with no pets (but pets are allowed). She is very school and job oriented, doesn't party a lot, is responsible and a very understanding person. She is 21, soon to be 22.
How much: It is $500 a month all inclusive (rent, electric/ water/ whatnot, cable, internet). This could be negotiable for certain circumstances.
What else: She already has shared furniture and stuff such as couches, chairs, tv, kitchen things, etc. She is a great person, very understanding easy to get along with. I was only going to live there for the winter 2010 semester, but there is definitely the opportunity to stay longer.
