another awful screaming session with my mother (it was more her crying and worrying about me, i guess, in German)
and I just wrote a business letter in English.
now, I am NO GOOD at business stuff.
seriously, ask anyone I work with or have worked with in the past, I suck at it.
I'm more of a public relation person, so put me on formal business-like stuff and I fall flat on my face.

Late at night, I put on Jay Leno/Conan O'Brien/Carson Daly for background noise.
There was a five-year-old trumpet player on Jay Leno and he was amazing!
Better than me on trumpet and yeah, though it's not saying much, I was a music ed major for two years and darn good on the horn, I thought I'd at least be better than a five-year-old.
Hence, the reason I'm not a music major anymore, I guess.
