Black Out 2003?!?!?!
Okay ... so you all remember the Black Out in August 2003? Yea ... so I was talking about it to some friends today(they're from the West side and I'm from the East) and they thought that it only happened in New York!
Soo ... here's my question. Did the black out really only affect the East Side of the State??? Cuz we were out of power for a couple days. I was curious as to anybody else's experiences during that time.
