I'm trying yoga again. I am going into it with an open mind, I do not hate it, I just need to attempt to actually relax.

Trust me, if me and my awkward self can eventually perfect a downward dog, anyone can! It is hard to relax the first few times, but remember everyone else is too busy being self-conscious to pay attention to you ;)

Oh no, I don't go to classes, I can't handle those. It was good for me when I went to different classes because then I didn't stop but yea, I still haven't gotten out of bed, the procrastination is strong right now.

Oh, hah... well in that case.... get out of bed!!!! You can do it- and you'll feel better afterwards- even if you don't feel relaxed.

I did it, I felt a little better after, not much but my form is still there from when I did classes.
