Snow Show
Winter Storm Jonas wasn't as bad as promised- and I am totally OK with that. :-) It snowed from late Friday night through Sunday morning. I shoveled the walk to the driveway and the flat roof twice on Saturday.
Otherwise I binge watched "Making a Murderer" and ate cereal.
Sunday I shoveled out to the sidewalk and gave up. The drifts were waist high and I was beat so I hired someone to finish the driveway. I'm old!
I picked up Dom and we went to eat. We were also going to go shopping but my car hit a pot hole and got a flat tire. Luckily I was stopped in a freshly plowed parking lot downtown. We ubered home.
This morning I worked and then went back today to put the spare on and go to the dealership. I got home about 2 and logged back in to work. My new glasses came in the mail which is exciting because I like the frames AND they aren't scratched!
Exciting, eh?
I'm kind of fixated on making an inflatable iceberg for Halloween. I wanted it to have a blue ball pit in front of it but that is totally cost prohibitive. I mean like $2,000 just for the balls and then what the heck am I going to do with them? lol
Dom suggested beach balls and I'm playing with that idea. It might work. :-)
