There is a parakeet eating the seeds outside on the bench we have by the porch. I'm amused to see one amongst the wild birds. I don't know if I should just leave him be, or if someone has lost their pet. We don't have anything like a cage here and I don't know anything about caring for birds.  @_@ He's very cute though, mostly white with a little

Take pictures! I would assume that he is a lost pet, call your local ASPCA and animal shelters if anyone's reported a missing parakeet.
