[the post starts in the middle of the poster’s sentence. the voice is fairly androgynous and more importantly, panicked.]

Where is my house!? I walked in through my front door, so I should be at the genkan*. Instead I’m in…I’m…where am I?

As far as I can tell, this is a message board of some kind, right? Someone tell me where I am!

It's the place where people take their shoes off before they go into a house, in Japan.

Really? I-I've never heard of that before.

Well, I guess it's something that people really only do in Japan and maybe a couple of other places, too. So it makes sense that a lot of people might now have heard of it...

Oh. It's polite to take off your shoes when you go inside then?

[oh wow, being called "mister" is pretty frickin' awesome. if you could ever hear a smile in someone's voice, now would be that time.]

It's nice to meet you, too, Vivi. But you can just call me Takatsuki, if you want. That's what my friends call me.

[being addressed by her first name is so weird...]

Okay, Mister Takatsuki.

[Wow that was a bit of a mouthful. He wondered if these people from 'Japan' all had strange names like that.]

You probably already guessed t-that you're in another place. It's called Wonderland and there's a lot of different people h-here.

[she's about to open her mouth to say that "Mister" isn't necessary, but...what the heck? it sounds nice and she likes the feeling.]

Yeah...there's a lot of people that have already told me. Thanks, though.

Ah...not really. It's strange to be taken away from my home, but this place isn't scary by itself...
