Well, conditions like these can help to promote the spread of pathogens... especially considering the close quarters in a lot of the city.

I don't think I have seen it. Where is it?

Yes. If we're not careful, everyone will fall ill.

I saw it in the Hibiscus district.

That's an odd thing to suddenly appear!
Did it replace something that used to be there, or did they somehow... make room for it?

Indeed.

I'm not certain. I don't remember that location being bare the last time I had to go into the District.

[ This isn't awkward at all, what are you talking about? ]

You mean besides the amulets?

Yes, besides the amulets.

[Though, those too. What's going on in Ukiyo?]

I haven't noticed, but... I think everything's coming all at once, and that can't be good. I've got a bad feeling, and it's not just the fever. [ Though it could just be that. ]

Yes. It's a shame... it's almost a month until the holidays.

I haven't seen anything new hanging around... even though I did see that, but something does smell funny... [She means that more literally than she's letting on]

Funny? How so?

Mmm... I dunno how to explain it. But the air seems weird. Different. Sour, almost?

Ten was on the Farns earlier and said something about wounds or somethin' opening up and it kinda... yeah.

Sour... well, it's possible that's the illness, but... Hm.

[Ten. Was that the woman's name? That's what they had said.]

... Perhaps the shrine is part of this 'wound' she mentioned, but if it is, she mentioned wounds. No one has reported any other bizarre buildings being sighted, or at least, not yet.

Seasonal illness is common, but it doesn't look as though many efforts are being made to contain it.

At any rate, what type of shrine did you come across?

Yes, but still, there's something strange about it.

I'm not sure. It was in too much disarray to tell anything beyond it being a shrine of some sort.

Is that so?

Hm, I'll have to look at it and search for similar occurrences at some point. I can't imagine why they would appear like that, but it can be difficult to predict this world. It's best to be aware of it if something happens.

Considering the warning we received... Ten mentioned 'the disease opened up old wounds'. I'm wondering if the shrine is part of these wounds so there must be other occurrences around the city.

Will you be alright searching on your own? [She doesn't mind going with you...]

A shrine? Nope, I haven't seen a shrine but come to think of it, it looked like there were some ruins that I hadn't seen before. Not sure what they were. Maybe a temple or something?

A temple?

[Hm...] In which district did you come across these ruins?

I'm not really sure. It was kinda... on the border between two? Near the outer walls. I could show you where it is, I think.
