Hey, there.

Uhm, about the crops. I'm assuming that it means the position of our guy should be wherever the crop says, right? EG. 'bottom', he will be near the bottom half of the icon. Is that right?

Hey, is it possible to include one or two as an in-character icon if we can't find anything out-of-character to fit?

Yes, as long as most of the icons contain your guy out of character. :)
