Arrrr, Yah ready for da voyage!?
Cpt. James T Kirk (may his name always be blessed) would be proud today.
Today, I qualified as a captain for boats up to 65 feet in both Lake and Sea water. That's right, I am now Cpt. Eisman. In this 4 hour session I learned Port from Starboard, Stern to Bow (from Aff). And on Sail boats: the keel, jib, mast, masthead, tiller, riggings, frontsail (aka the jib again), sail.
I also learned shipping lanes and channel laws. Fuck yea!
There is also a mouse running amok upstairs in this place that I think I am going to try and kill. It had the guts to walk right out in front of me, and nobody walks in front of this captain.
Anyways, who wants to become a modern-day pirate with me when I grow up? We could hijack Microsoft shipments to Child Labor camps around Manilla. (Oh and hooka on the boat.)
