I am a marketing person's wet dream.  I am highly susceptible to the power of suggestion.  I know this about myself, and monitor my whims accordingly.  For example, I have been looking at a billboard for the new Caramelized Peach Salad at California Pizza Kitchen for a couple of weeks now while driving to work.  I finally went to CPK on Saturday.  The salad was 'eh' at best, and now I don't have to go to CPK again for another four years.

I made the mistake of leaving infomercials on as background noise while I was doing things around the house today.  Tonight I want an Ab Rocket Twister and Wen hair care products.

Instead, I will make homemade potato chips in the microwave tomorrow with russet potatoes from my last (amazing) impulse purchase: NeighborGood Foods.  They deliver right to your door from Dogtown.
