(no subject)
1. We took Bitchy for her final ride. She had a rough night last night and wasn't breathing well so we called the vet and brought her in. I haven't had an animal euthanized there, but it was as good experience as it could be. They had a furnished room that was nicely decorated and private. They gave us all the time we wanted and the door went right outside so we didn't have to go through the waiting room on the way out. Everyone was really kind. Lisa held her in her arms while they gave her the second shot. It was her favorite place. I am sad. Lisa is sad. Lisa actually cried which is not something she ever does. Ever.
2. I took the day off so we got lunch before Lisa went back to work and I napped all afternoon with Stormy kitty laying across me. Bitchy was his pseudomommy and he was looking for her.
3. I still have so much to do before tomorrow but I really don't feel like doing any of it. I've gotten some stuff together, but I have to see if the turkey has thawed at all (unlikely) and I don't feel like dealing with it. I did pack the most important thing: the corkscrew.
4. AF is on her way. I've been crampy and my boobs hurt and I wish we could just get this show on the road so I can start this cycle.
5. I sent my brother a message on facebook yesterday and just explained pretty simply that I was not going to get involved in the crap between him and my other brother. And I wasn't too pleased about this picture he posted on fb.
I tried to keep it short and to the point and grown-up. He replied and said he didn't mean me, but I'm so sick of his bs. I am taking a step back for a bit.
