Hello live journal people.  I'm on a little week tour with the secret mommy quintet around ontario and quebec.  it's going lovely.  we're a three piece, first time since Australia.  It feels refreshing. lots more room in the van we're playing all new songs (3 old ones)  and we're sort of writing them and adjusting them every show.  last night we had some special guests on stage.  sj from secret mommy , and tim sars played with us on some songs.  we sent him mp3s a couple weeks ago and we went over them in sound check.  it's pretty freaky playing a whole new set of songs for people who are used to us playing a certain way, but the response is far better than we expected.
