I would like to introduce to you Patience, my horse. That's right. MY horse. She's a 8 to 10 year old Appaloosa, though she seems to have a little Thoroughbred in her and she's my horse. She's saddle broke, sweet as can be but needs a little finishing work.
She came to my barn a year ago and Jodi fixed most of her little fobles but after that just didn't have time to work her anymore. Jodi's been trying to get someone she knows and trusts to take her, but no one has. She offered Patience to me for free yesterday but I had to talk it over with my parents and I didn't want to get my hopes up.
Well, today my parents came to the barn with me, talked with Jodi, looked Patience over and said yes. Now she's mine! Mine! Wheeee! Happy doesn't even come close to describing how I feel. Euphoria's close but really, I've been waiting for this day since I was five. Maybe even younger. Now I have my own horse. Wheeee! Here have more pictures of my Patience.
