Yesterday:
-Drive Asi to work
-Short Nap
-Drive to Tel Aviv
-Spend day in Dizengorf Centre
-Buy four books:
Two in English (Plot Against America & one about the Holocaust)
Two in Hebrew (Dr. Suess's Oh the Places You'll Go and Shel Silversten's Falling Up)
-Have coffee and danish at cool cafe
-Call Asi to find out when to pick him up
-Find out he's ready immediately
-Spend an hour in Tel Aviv traffic, trying to get on the Ayalon freeway
-Finally get on the freeway, but in total, spend 1.5 hours making a 20 minute trip from Tel Aviv to southern Lod
-Give two soldiers from Asi's unit a ride home
-Get home
-Watch Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (on cable)
-Watch the third Mary Kate and Ashley movie that's been on in three days (oh yes, we did watch them all...)
-Avivit brings home food (Nando's chicken...yum)
-Avivit's friend Danny comes over and gives Asi hell for not taking time off work when I'm here (I like him)
-Go to bed
Wake up, repeat.
