How on god's green earth did I get myself into the mess I am currently in?? The ENTIRE Embassy knows that I am overqualified for what they have me doing and that I typically don't have shit to do and so now every department that has something to do that does not require a special security clearance is coming to me. Also, they think I am a computer/electronics guy when in fact I am not at all...At least that makes for more work to do but still. Also, the embassy staffers are going to give me better recommendations when I need them so I am OK with this. But literally, I have at people from at least 4 offices outside of the one I am assigned to giving me things to do now. Even people that don't have work for me to do have come up to me saying that they "heard it through the grapevine that you don't have anything to do and want things to do." Oh well. Again, at least I am busy for a change.
