Does anyone know where I can find multivariate sets for stuff like this?
Say, really simple questionnaires, like:

* DOB
* Place of Birth
* Sex
* Sexual Orientation
* Race
* Height
* Weight
* Marriage status
* Income
* Educational level
* Profession
* Smoking

It's really not very hard to make.
