Rachel on Anole!
She probably has a some knowledge of X-Men stuff because of Finn, although she... more likely knows about the classic stuff or the movies. So most of the stuff she knows is OH THEY HAVE POWERS AND GO TO SCHOOL AND FIGHT BAD GUYS AND SOME PEOPLE DON'T LIKE THEM??? and that is the extent of it oops. Rachel likes him and thinks he's a pretty nice guy to talk to! SHE LIKES GUYS WHO JOKE AROUND. And the whole green mutant thing doesn't bother her, but she talks to Tavros on a regular basis so she has gotten pretty used to that sort of thing by now. She would like to talk to him more to add to her growing gay harem.
Tosh on Anole!!
Unlike Rachel, she is... more aware that Vic had a tough life. That bedninja post really tipped her off that things Are Not Right with him because of the nightmares, but she... doesn't exactly want to ask? It's none of her business. So she is mostly just pretending that she didn't see anything, and is continuing on with him as if everything is normal. She is worried though, and if he needs anything she will happily help! Torchwood has a terrible track record of terrible shit happening to kids, and in camp, a lot of Tosh's CR are kids! Who have terrible shit happen to them. And since the chances are high that he falls under this category, she wants to do her best to make sure he is... not happy, since she doesn't really think she could do that, but comfortable? So she is more likely to tell him about things regarding her job and home than she would with other people! It's not in an attempt for him to talk about his life more, but more of a way to show, hey, I trust you sort of!!
Also he sort of falls under the category with Rex where she would love to study his DNA, but she knows that she can't. Ask that. It sounds way too mad scientisty. But she is so curious and SCIENCE and yes. ): So she will just sadly pine about not being able to research. BUT BASICALLY let her be your mom, Anole.

Sheeee really appreciates having him here. Theeeey were not too close back home, so to her it's really nice to see how much he bonded with the rest of the team. Although, she honestly have weird feelings towards practically all of the mutants? Because even though she can joke around with them, or talk about things being terrible, and all of that, it's... They had it so much worse than she did! So even she doesn't understand how bad it is, since she never went through the worst of it. So it makes having normal conversation with him feel weird, because she knows that he has terrible nightmares! And suffers through trauma!! Something had to have happened to for his arm to turn into that, after all. She wants to ask him about FEELINGS, but at the same time Sofia doesn't feel like she has a right to do that since she is so far behind them. So instead she opts for those more every day and normal conversation routes with him, to make things feel more ~normal for him.
She likes you a lot, Vic!! Just. Stop being so sad okay. ):
