IW -true to size?

I really need a cardigan. I lost my cute offbrand one in Paris, so now I'm left with nothing to wear :/
I love that one from IW in black, but there's only S size left. I can fit their bust measurement, but with clothing I guess I'm a bit over 81cm, so I wonder, are those cm listed the "real" measurements? Because I've heard about other clothes from IW being larger or smaller than what it said on the website.
Any help?
