well Raider team practice was disappointing. We didn't do any running. :( And I really need to get back in shape. I need to run the mile in under 7 minute, do 50 push-ups in a minute, and get at least 60 sit-ups in a minute. I've got a lot of work to do. And thanks to Greg for working out with me today. I'm gonna need a lot of pushing from you. I'm thinking I should run a mile three days a week during lunch and then work out 1 or 2 days during lunch, and then go to Greg's and work out there on the weekends. I think that might work. Wait....I'll have practice two days a week and we usually run a mile then. So I can work out those days and run on the others. Yes! I've figured out my schedule. Sweet. Now its off to do the homework that I never do.
