Our average Summer has 20 hundred degree fahrenheit days. We had 19 through day before yesterday, with some hot days ahead. A cooling rain fell, though, to reduce the temperature a bit.
I played a few hours of bullet chess on line, with each player having 2 minutes to make all of that player's moves, with 1 second being added to the clock each move. I lost more games than I won. It was what gamers call a tilt.
This morning I drive into Dallas for my annual medical check-up. I like our family doctor. He was a "young" doctor when I first saw him, but now he is not as young.
