Heres another tutorial from me...Hope you like it!
Were gonna go from this
to this:
This is a very easy tutorial, so i hope youll make it!
First of all make a "Brightness/Contrast" layer and put these:
Contrast: 0
Brightness: +23
Youll get this:

Next make a "Color balance" layer and put these:
Midtones
-10, +42, +100
Youll get this:
The finall step is the hardest one. You need to make a "Curves" layer, and out these in:
Input 114
Output 138
