I was on my way to a gay gypsy bar mitzvah for the disabled...
I have accepted the fact that I will never ever be able to get down to a size 10 to get into that stupid All Saints dress for River song DOTM/AGMGTW outfit. And I don't think it's a good commision piece. So I started thinking about what other River Song outfits I liked. None stood out. Well then. I started thinking about my favorite River episodes, and one of them is "Let's Kill Hitler". And while watching it again, I noticed I loved her first outfit. Studying it some more, it is something I can make, look good in, and yay! I have a costume agenda! I am going to sew!

On the "I am always thinking of photo shoots" front, I happen to note that River hops onto a motorcycle. Hey, we have those in the Magcial Garage! Dad, knowing vintage bikes and a lot of people in the industry of bikes, should be able to identify it. I make him watch a few minutes of it (he does not get why I adore this show, but does send me cool stuff about it) and yeap, names it. BMW, but not the exact model. This conversation takes place.
"Dad, do we have one in the garage?"
"No, it's German, Yuck."
"Do we have something that looks like that?"
"No"
"Not even from the front?"
"It has *insert technical talk here*"
"I mean the headlight part."
"Nope."
"Are you sure? The garage is magical and the basement eats things."
Dad: *look*
"Oh well. Italy's close to Germany."
(I do know we have a ducati in the garage).
