So, it's been a while I see... OCT 27. I guess that's what happens when I have to share the equivalent of a 56K line with 300 other people.
Well, we're back in the US now. Since the last post I've; visited Oman, hunted pirates off the coast of Somalia, visited the Seychelles Islands, hunted pirates, became a shellback, hunted pirates, visited Rome, visited Barcelona and hooked up with a finlander.
I can't say I didn't enjoy deployment (double negative, double negative, double negative hooooo.... ahhh Thundercats), but I'm glad to be back where I get a Big Mac without using hand signals to get my order across (now it's just constructive criticism of their customer service). I should be on my way back to the MN soon. I think we're going to have to have an "Andy's leaving" party... ahhh I mean a "good luck in the Navy" party while I'm home. It's a good enough excuse to party. Then again I do recall the recent "I didn't shaved this morning" party going over quite well.
