this is a public notice. please review it before asking me to add you as a friend.
i do not add users to my list for any of the following reasons listed, or any combination thereof:
1. if it becomes obvious that you haven't read the rules.
2. if you are a member of any community that promotes graphics theft.
3. if the account is brand new.
4. if the account lists no friends.
5. if the account's friends are mostly made up of communities or graphics journals.
6. if the account is not crediting for graphics they are currently using.
also, if you've been removed, it's likely for one of those reasons, among others.
