So this guy, Curtis Eller, who Mitch told Ryan about and in turn Ryan me about and I in turn told our friend Adam about. . . anyway he's pretty cool.
He is sort of Vaudville meets Iggy Pop. Great stuff really.

The next band to play Banjo Jim's was Bogs Visionary Orchestra. They were quite good as well. There songs were full sounding with lots of energy and dense vocal harmonies.
The percussionist reminded me of Jackie Stears. Which is probably another factor in my liking the band so much.
