As of yesterday, I have become the assumed age of two years old. I have not underwent any dramatic change nor do I foresee it in the future. This does not give any credence to the human birthday celebration.

don't get it, who knew, 2nd birthday

Pessimistic ... Interesting. You are ... two years old?

Are you wondering why I look the age of twenty but claim I am only two?

It's rude of me, but I admit it.

There is nothing rude with asking questions. For an answer, I am a clone. At my time of "conception", as most humans would call it, I looked as I do now.

That's amazing! You come from a world where cloning is possible!

Not only is it possible but it is the reproduction method of the upper classes and the military.

Incredible! Was this development necessary?

It is not, no. We use cloning to make sure those who are military geniuses and those who can properly control the world stay in their positions. It is a very efficient procedure, however warrants little change, which can be construed as a negative.

... Yes. I expect criticisms of that system would lie very much in the ideals of the person making it, such as an advocacy for democracy. Thank you, that was very informative.

Democracy does not exist on my world, therein lies why it is was surpassed by Earth.

You are quite welcome.

It doesn't exist? The idea of a rule by the people? ... Does your world have a name?

I am Kaoru Miki, by the way! Please forgive my curiosity!

My planet is called Balmar and it is heavily theocratic.

Understood. It's a pleasure to meet you, Gordon-san.

You can just call me Cobray. I am not from Japan, so honorifics are not required.
