Nugget success!

We have four nuggets who are being mothered by a very protective Harriet!  Harriet is very attentive, and when a nugget strays too far from her, she clucks the little chick back to her. She gets particularly alarmed when one strays out of her immediate line of vision, and she cranes her neck to keep an eye on it. Apparently, that mothering instinct ( Read more... )

And I misspoke, about Lily: she is larger/heavier than Addison&Jessie, but they're around 8 lbs, and she's 10 lbs. Then Rufus and Max at 12. She's gotten taller and lankier, but still a sweetheart.

She's gotten taller? Wow! So, she was very young and is still growing?

I think so! Although she may have pretty much reached her growth now. And I see her every day, so maybe she hasn't grown *quite* as much as it seems like. I just remember thinking of her and describing her as "tiny" and "wee," only to look at her at some point and think, "...you're not the smallest cat."
