My Phone is Dieing.... Along With the Youth of the Nation!

Oooh. I'm so caught up with last week. I'm special. Did Wednesday night this morning. Then thursday was very well documented (in two, count em, two! entries in real time), Friday is partially covered, and Summerfest I'll get to later. Or not. If nothing else it will be in Facebook photo album form.

...what the hell happened on Monday (July 10)? I know I worked till close. But then what? I don't remember just going home and sitting around but that must be what occurred.
I know I watched a movie called Bully before going to work. It was one of those artsy edgey movies where teens act destructively, sexily, violently, and metaphorically to send messages about society's ills. And are just all around pornographic. Not to mention fey. So there was lots of topless girl and sexings and back stabbing and shooting and more nudity and more sexings and homoerotic/abusive relationships (oh wait, that was the best part, mmmm...).
I DVRed it on a whim in June some time and just got around to watching it. It wasn't terribly plausible, but once/if you get caught in those self-destructive, self-contained downward spirals its ok. Ok, I'm done talking about that now.
Then Goodwill happened. And Allie had her auditions. And my phone was being putzy and dieing. I guess getting caught in a torrential downpour is bad for it... phah.

Tuesday (July 11) I also covered on the day. After comic book addiction and purchasing and haircut and Mac retrieval there was mild Ben talking and then Starbucks with Allie, Nate, and Nick.
Nate was late picking me up because he got off on the wrong exit or missed it or some such, went to Starbucks to find that Allie and Nick didn't get me, turned around to come get me, ran out of gas almost or something, called me from a payphone cuz he frogot his at home, and then came to get me. lol.
At Starbucks Nate saw a sign for open interviews for a location by Brookefield square so I called Ben and suggested he go to it. He did. Today actually. He told me when I called him from work that he thought it went well.
Nate did some money mathing to see if he could get a CD player for his car. And I got enthralled (and commented to Nick and Allie) with Allie's Cosmo and it's trashy survey fun. Allie had curfew and left. We left shortly after.

ben, music, nate, nick, comics, allie, pretentious movie review, goodwill
