On a note of interest to very few people, I thought Flower Drum Song was pretty ok actually. Better than Pinafore last year. Neither seem to have much story compared to previous years. Drum started out with it's main theme, then they sang it, then it got sung again... and it was really lifeless and terrible so I was scared, but things got better. Any time there is smoke machine with chorus members walking out and then just standing there you know you're in trouble. The songs actually seemed overly short as well. My main problem with the musical was just that the story didn't seem terribly urgent. Other years had dramatic points. Brigadoon and Fiddler are both musicals with their drama. And Sound of Music even. But the past two years have just been blaaaaaaahhhhh. And such. But oh well. It is nice to see that now we have guys with talent.

I hunted down Amy at intermission. I read that she was planning on going and when I saw Ben (her Ben, obviously) I figured it a sinch. How do you spell that? Irrelevant. And we talked a bit.
Ben and I returned to our seats from intermission and the big bad sound guy that he hates came and sat by us again so he was in an absolute tizzy. He seriously needed a chill pill.
After the show we gathered in the hall. Nate, Allie, and Bryn all had their own thoughts on who was and wasn't sexy. I stayed out of it for the most part. lol. As did Ben. He commented during the play about the high slit dress dancers arousing him, so I put my hand over to check. "That's my cell phone." "Oh." "I was kidding." "Thank God."
We split and departed. Ben and I were meeting Jeremy and Casey and her new man crew at some bowling place by Howell and Rawson. Got there early though so I used my time wisely by curling up and sleeping for a few minutes.
Apparently Classic Lanes is normally jammed like five pounds of shit into a one pound bag, but tonight was empty. You'd have to talk to Casey and Jeremy about that one. Casey had along Chad, his twin brother Brant, and Kevin (all these guys were at Ben's party), and then two new ones. Oh, Casey and her men.
I feel like everything I'm saying is coming out the same right now... and that makes me sad. Just thought I'd interject that.
Jeremy, Casey, and Ben were actually doing teh best job of bowling, but Jeremy took the lead overall. Not that I care cuz I don't like bowling when I go to bowling alleys cuz it isn't interesting enough for me to pay for.
Jeremy spent time in-between...bowls/rolls/turns? talking to me. We kicked a pink ball back and forth and shared. It was right out of a tacky 80s reinvisioning of a Norman Rockwell painting.
He and Casey were doing their usual you twat, slappy slappy, sitty sitty, boob tap so on and so on back and forthing. There was some sort of crotch hitting going on. I walked up inbetween them and was like "Ok, tie breaker." and then slapped them both in their genitals. Casey: "Did he really just do that? You're my hero."
I realized that I hadn't said anything to Ben in a while so I walked over to him and put my hand on his back. "Oh, wait, I didn't let it linger. Let me do it over again." AFter which I slid my hand down his back and he grabbed it, but I just turned it into him holding my hand. "Jeez, Ben, you're such a fag." LOL.
Jeremy did a good job summarizing the Denny's that occurred afterwards. Lots of people and lots of non-service. Casey and I had the cameras out in full force. My rubber ducky key chain from Bryn broke so I floated it in Ben's soda. We got a burger and split it. Blah blah and blah I ended up at home near 4am so it was a very long night of fun and Ben and then more fun.
Movie, food and show, show, bowling, food and not to mention watching Ben have an epic struggle with his contacts that kept coming out everywhere.
I'm tired but still want to do more LJ. Blah and sleep and such.
I watched Chris Goodman, that Fox 6 guy Adam hung out with the once, on the news tonigth and he is very... passionated and into it. And he changes his tone a lot. He seems kinda spastic and energetic but I'd do him so lol at that. Adam called me a bit ago and we talked of this.
